Below is a list of common issues that may occur with ColorAcademy. If your query is not resolved, please contact us by selecting the appropriate link on the Help homepage.
- I click on a link and nothing happens!
Oops! We may have forgotten to activate the link. Please report it to brokenlinks@coloracademy.co.uk and you will be informed as soon as the link is activated!
- I click on a link and the wrong page opens!
Ok, our mistake! Please report such problems to the Broken Links address above. You will be informed as soon as the problem is corrected!
- ColorAcademy doesn't fit on my screen!
Vertical scrolling is inevitable on some subjects, however horizontal scrolling should only occur if your screen resolution is less than 1024x768. This can be adjusted in the display settings in the Windows Control Panel. If you are unsure as to the location of this, please consult your computer's user documentation.
- Parts of ColorAcademy are appearing jumbled or are overlapping one another.
This is due to the way in which a small number of the pages have been constructed. If you are viewing the site in Internet Explorer on a PC you should encounter no difficulties, however other browsers such as Netscape, Firefox and Safari may have trouble with these pages. Please be patient as the few pages that are built in this way are in line for replacement.
